I have been enjoying Season 3 of Spring Baking Championship on SBS Food Network the past few weeks (Wed night at 7:30pm), and of course The Great Food Truck Race on Fri night (Thank goodness that MKR is so bad this year, there are alternative first-run cooking competitions on SBS FN for me to enjoy). Tonight one of the challenge was Drip Cake! When did this become trendy? I always thought it was just a runny icing, but apparently it has become a modern decorating technique with them going around the edges of the cake just to pipe drips to run down the cake!!! I must have been living under a rock, LOL...

Just watched the final of Spring baking Championship series 3, haha, young Chef handsome won it! Have been avoiding the result, so a nice surprise, thought Adam would win it as he was more consistent throughout the series. This is one of the very rare shows from the US that resembles our Masterchef Australia where the contestants are humble, good natured, and have good comraderie among the contestants, now hopefully SBS will show latest season 4 soon...

Oh, forgot to mention about the nice trick from Jordan of putting 3 smaller piping bags of different colour frostings inside a larger piping bag to pipe out 3 different colour at the same time.
