Haha, older evil twins of JP and Nelly are cooking tonight! The moment Lauren cut those zucchini, I knew she would have problem with those uneven pieces, then LOL, had to do zucchini surgery!
Dee seemed very confused about fish steamed in a bag, obviously she had never heard of this French dish. What sort of cook is she not even heard of the classic Fish en Papillote, really?
Sorry, forget my statement above, I wasn't paying attention in the beginning, and thought they were doing seafood steamed in a bag with spaghetti, LOL. So Dee's reaction was obviously to the spaghetti in a bag, rather than seafood in a bag...

Oh, what? They are putting spaghetti into the bag as well? I thought they would serve spaghetti on the side!

Carmine and Lauren's score = 51
Team scores = 21
Colin: 6 + 1 + 7 = 14 Rachel: 7 + 1 + 8 = 16
Ouch! Another big talker who cannot walk the walk.

Awwww, seeing Tarq grating the coconut brings back childhood memory buying freshly grated coconut from the market...

LOL, every time Carmine and Lauren criticised, I have an image of them cooking everything in a bag, curry in a bag, anyone?

The Entrée looks o.k but I am not sure about adding sesame oil with the rest of the seasoning.
Also the real villain is Lauren and not Dee.

Yes, Lauren is a very bitter loser. I laugh every time she tried to analyse every little details to find fault.

My guess is Carmine and Lauren will still be at the bottom of the table when Tim and Dee cook. That will be the bi*ch versus the bit*h
