Mango Pudding 芒果布丁Recipe from Kitchen Notes on Fenying's radio program, Thursday, February 22, 2007Ingredients:A: (mix and leave for 10 mins)150g water 35g gelatine powder B:200g mango flesh 800g milk C:200g fresh cream 150g sugar D:¼ tsp mango-flavour essence Method:1. Liquidise mango flesh with milk (Ingredients B) into puree. Pour mango puree into a pot, add fresh cream and sugar (Ingredients C) and bring to boil over medium heat, remove from heat. 2. Mix in gelatine. 3. Add in mango-flavour essence. 4. Place the pot into a bowl of ice-cold water and stir mixture till cool. 5. Pour into moulds, chill in the fridge. Serve cold.
