Steamed Chicken 蒸鸡Recipe from Kitchen Notes on Fenying's radio program, Saturday, May 19, 2007Ingredients:A:1 chicken (cut into pieces) B: (marinade)2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp ground white pepper 1 tbsp hua tiao wine 花雕酒 (shao xing wine) 1 tbsp sesame oil ½ tbsp corn flour C:8 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1 thumb-size young ginger (chopped) 2 red chillies (diced) 5 spring onions (diced) Method:1. Mix Ingredient A with Ingredients B evenly and marinate for 15 mins. 2. Spread chopped garlic and ginger evenly on chicken, then sprinkle diced chillies and spring onions on top. 3. Steam over high flame for 15 mins.
