I don't know, the theme tonight is very general, is it supposed to be a meze type dish? Felt like if in other cuisine, just calling it like calling it French prawns, or Chinese prawns, not really meaning a specific dish???

Never heard of simit before, but the round donut shape with sesame crust remind me of the foochow kong piah, LOL... Kong piah soaked in braised belly pork, oh, yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

90 minutes to bake bread is a hard task!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In Great British Bake Off, they usually allow more time for yeast baking, I don't know why they don't do it here...
