Cheese Cream 乳酪奶油Recipe from Kitchen Notes on Fenying's radio program, Thursday, December 7, 2006Ingredients:250g cream cheese 250g butter (chopped into smaller pieces) 100g icing sugar (sifted) 1 tsp grated lemon rind 1 tbsp lemon juice Method:1. Medium speed beat cream cheese till soft. 2. Add butter and beat till creamy and soft. Scrape down the sides and bottom for even mixing. 3. Add icing sugar beat until light. 4. Add in grated lemon rind, lemon juice and mix well. 5. Use as a spread on bread, crackers, etc.
