Chocolate Walnut Cookies 巧克力核桃饼干Recipe from Kitchen Notes on Fenying's radio program, Tuesday, January 23, 2007Ingredients:Ingredients A:250g butter 200g brown sugar Ingredients B:2 eggs ¼ tsp. vanilla oil (or extract) Ingredients C: (sifted)360g plain flour 40g cocoa powder 10g double action baking powder ¼ tsp salt Ingredients D:100g chop-chips 100g walnut, chopped coarsely Ingredient E:100g chop-chips Method:1. Cream Ingredients A & B till well-combined. 2. Add Ingredients C and mix well using lowest speed. 3. Add Ingredients D and mix well. 4. Use teaspoon to shape into balls and arrange on greased baking tin. 5. Decorate top with chop-chips (Ingredient E). 6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for about 20-25 mins till firm. 7. Remove and leave to cool before storing.
