Food team information is mostly too weak to call it spoilers, really. They were certainly at Hotel Coronado as well, but no sign of what they were doing there.
They were shooting the title sequence on November 21 (from memory), so the start date of top-24 must be approximately then. That leaves about a fortnight until we know Marco was there. But what about the first week of episodes... maybe only one or two episodes of auditions, leaving just one elimination in the first week?? Hmmm.

Just had a look at last year's first 3 weeks:
Week 1: ep1 auditions, ep2 top24 pressure test, ep3 judges' mystery box, ep4 team challenge, ep5 elimination Week 2: ep1 mystery box/invention test, ep2 pressure test, ep3 immunity, ep4 team, ep5 elimination Week 3: Marco's week
So three gone when Marco's arrived. The reason I think this year will be the same is that they may want to give the contestants a chance to settle down to a normal week in the second week before unleashing Marco on them. But then again, maybe they want to shock the contestants by having Marco in the second week if they are better than last year?

Re the long promo at:
There is some interesting stuff here; 1) The people at the long table in the dark room, actually if you pause you can see Heston and it matches his appearances at 0:51. So this must be the #hiddenheston for either 10 or 30 people. There is a separate shot of Heston judging(?) wearing a pink jacket, indoors at another location. 2) At 1:23, a weird shot of three benches set up facing each other, and a mystery box or similar. The next shot is of a mystery box full of popcorn, but maybe these are unconnected... could be some kind of immunity pin challenge, since they change the rules of those every year =/ 3) At 1:40, that melting dessert that they keep showing, obviously being poured by a chef and with apron rolled up in the background--this must be some kind of top-50 pressure test.
They sure do like to cut together things that have no connection, almost all the audio totally meaningless matched to the video!!!

Re above, managed to fit another piece of the puzzle =P So this woman, works for MC too, in the art team. I had suspected that before, but wasn't easy until seeing the above promo to prove it =D This from March 4, is the dark underground filming. I think that it is the carpark of University of Melbourne. This from March 8, is the location of pink-jacket Heston. Where is it? Once you find one person, easy to find others =D This person too, though she doesn't post much... They were filming outside on December 3, maybe Marco??? And this guy, though he is useless!! -- Also, food team teasing: "road tripping for work today"
Edit: well probably they were going here...

I completely missed that when I watched it the other day, it is only a blip of a second right at the end, LOL I thought that must be a contestant's dish, since the melting choc disc has been done before, but it is now quite clear it is a chef pouring the sauce.

Edit: well probably they were going here... Great finds! The uni car park post on Mar 4 was filmed/prepared on Tues in the chit-chat below, so on Mar 1? Got to go back and check the 4 dates for Heston challenges. The other one must be a high tea challenge?

The last two on Apr 18 (Daylesford), and Apr 22 (mushrooms) are very interesting. Aren't they in their final week or the second last week of filming now? I can't recall they did off-site challenge at this late stage before?
Daylesford one must be at Alla Wolf-Tasker's Lake House again?

Ooops, the uni car park can't be Tues Mar 1, as Mar 2 is the Beach one. Maybe the next Tues Mar 8/9 (Wed), the last Heston pop-up?

Daylesford one must be at Alla Wolf-Tasker's Lake House again? Looks like you are right, good call!! I think in connection to both of these, the art department must visit a few days in advance of the contestants to get the location ready or at least to check it out. They must be at final 5 now, maybe even final 4?

So here's the screen grabs for the Heston carpark pop-up: Difficult to count number of diners, but definitely more than 10, most likely the Mar 4 one (30 diners). With the long table, if to fit 80 guests, that would have to be a LONG, LONG table! That will make the first pop-u with 80 guests for the high tea (?)

Could it be Masterclass at Daylesford?
Gary may not be there. He has a show in Perth on 23 Apr.

Could it be Masterclass at Daylesford? Gary may not be there. He has a show in Perth on 23 Apr. Very possible. But with the timeline, this would have to be the final Masterclass, and usually the last one is the one where they turned the table and judges doing a mystery box?
