Roast Chicken 烤鸡Recipe from Kitchen Notes on Fenying's radio program, Wednesday, December 13, 2006Ingredients:1 chicken, about 1½ kg Marinade:1 tsp salt 2 tbsp light soya sauce 1 tbsp Brandy 1 tbsp lemon juice 1-2 tbsp honey 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp ground black pepper Method:1. Coat chicken with marinade and season 1-2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 min. 3. Line a baking tray with a aluminium foil and arrange chicken onto the tray, roast for 30 min or until cooked. Serve.
