Actually if you look on Instagram #janicewong, there are a lot of photos of her in Tokyo (she opened a new restaurant there in April) for the period about April 13??? until April 23 (www.instagram.com/p/BEg5OUuRG3_/?tagged=janicewong). So must be after Daylesford. Must be also before May 1 because the promo aired on that day lol The pastry chef is Christy Tania and not Janice Wong!!! Pastry chef at Om Nom. I read there will be 4 guest chefs this week. Could be Thurs elimination challenge.

Is tonight's Immunity the last one this year, since the winner of round 1 is cooking against Shannon?

Is tonight's Immunity the last one this year, since the winner of round 1 is cooking against Shannon? I think so.As next week Tue's challenge is almost like an immunity challenge. The winner (Elena) goes straight into Top 6

If Brett win the immunity pin, he will be in the elimination challenge on Thurs and use the pin. Or else he could have use the pin in the elimination challenge in California.
Edit: No pin for Brett

No episode on Thursday 21st except for Masterclass?? From the above sounds like 4 contestants in the finale. Is that possible?

From the TV guide, only 1 hr on Thurs episode.
Dont tell me they will do a semi final with one contestant cooking against another to get the final 2.
That will be very unfair

We can see from that photo of Heston in the production room, that they have a scoreboard for the finale, so it can't be just a single challenge between, say, the final two. Is there enough time for two semi final rounds then at least two rounds to decide the winner?
The other alternative is two (or three??) people eliminated on the final Wednesday episode, which seems weird...

Possibility...
One elimination on Sun 24th, leaving 3 going into finale on Mon... Quite sure previously they have done final 3 going into finale day...
Double eliminations on Sun 24th, final 2 goes into Mon finale...

In the worst season of MC is Season 5, they have Emma, Lynton and Samira in the grand final. If they are going this path, then these Final 4 are not up to the tasks of doing service challenges by themselves and they can't fill up the Grand Finale with only Top 2 fighting it out.
