LOL. Now the SM are complaining that Emelia got help from the judges and Laura got help from Emelia. So Reynold should not be eliminated.

Betting agencies are still pegging Emelia for the win... what a dark horse. Reminds me of Billie and Elena - under the radar for a long time until the competition thins out. Poor Laura - if she does lose, that's runner-up on both seasons!

Now I know why Reynold apple was not right.
From the recipe:
Place the apple core at the widest end of the sliced apple and tightly roll the apple back up around the core to give a natural apple shape. Generously brush the caramel generously inside the base of a 6.5cm sphere silicon mould. Place mould into a deep oven tray. Place the rolled apple, stem side up into the base of sphere mould. Use tweezers to remove the core from the centre of the apple, leaving a hole in the centre. Discard the core.
He didn't use the core to roll up the thin strip of apple.
That is why he also said at the end he didn't know he has to fill the centre of the apple

Just now in the interview he said he's not a good reader, and was worried when he saw the recipe was so long.

Did all the eliminated contestants come back? I know Ben U is not there, so should be 21 eliminated contestants there plus 3 judges, so 24 plates for each course x 3 = 72 plates? So how was that 60 plates from each conestants?
